How to Reserve Your New Subaru

You don't have to worry about missing out on the vehicle you want when you reserve a vehicle through Courtesy Subaru. We'll guide you through the process and work with you to get a vehicle made just for you!

You'll need to pick the Subaru you want to reserve. While we won't have every option immediately available at our dealership, the beauty of this system allows you to explore upcoming models and choose the one you prefer. You can search for Subaru vehicles like the Subaru Outback, Ascent, Legacy, and more. Once you have the vehicle you want, you can continue with the process.

You'll need to submit your contact information and details about the model you want to reserve. A Courtesy Subaru team member will contact you to confirm the Subaru vehicle you want and submit the order to the manufacturer. You may need to pay a deposit to reserve your new vehicle, but this amount is taken off the purchase price!

Once the model is shipped, we'll notify you of the expected arrival date and schedule a test drive. That's all it takes to reserve a new vehicle at Courtesy Subaru! Upcoming vehicles are vehicles that have not yet arrived on our lot.  This includes the following:
  • In-production vehicles - those scheduled for production or currently in production at the factory
  • In-transit vehicles - those that have left the factory are on their way to our dealership
Each purchasing option varies. Finding a vehicle in our network of partner dealers or awaiting the delivery of an in-transit or in-production vehicle can take days to a few weeks. Custom building a vehicle can take six to twelve weeks depending on your order.
After your vehicle is reserved, we will provide you with regular updates and an estimated delivery date.
No. "Find it for me" and custom build requests are available free of charge.
Financing and lease are available for all vehicles no matter how they are ordered. Keep in mind that finance and lease rates are determined by the date of the vehicle delivery, not the time of placing the order.
Lease extensions are often available until the time your vehicle is delivered. Please contact us if your lease is expiring soon.
